Venice
- Private Gondola Ride with Professional Photographer *a definite splurge but so worth it!
- Murano & Burano Guided Tour by Private Boat *you could do this on your own using the vaporetti, however the tour guide was full of fantastic information
- Small Group Cicchetti & Wine Tour *this was the highlight of Venice for me! We had a great guide, a fun group, and it was so much fun having snacks and drinks at a handful of hidden spots throughout the city!
- St Marks Basilica and Bell Tour entry fees *note that your shoulders and knees must be covered for entrance
Bologna
- Bologna Self-Guided Food Tour with food vouchers *this was a fun way to maximize my short time in Bologna and try some great local goodies!
- Bologna Gelato Tour *GREAT tour! Apparently, 3 gelati is my limit for one day. I’ll have to train harder for my next trip!
Lucca
- Lucca Italian School (20 hours of Italian lessons) *20/10 I cannot recommend this enough!
- Afternoon umbrella and chair rental at Viareggio Beach *if you go after lunch you can typically negotiate a cheaper rate which I did!

General
- Pet Sitting $425
- Shopping (souvenirs and odds and ends like sunscreen)
- eSim for my cell phone
- Total: $702.97
Grand Total: $5448.33 for 16 days
I definitely could have cut costs here and there, but I have zero regrets on what I spent and had the best Euro summer!
If you like it, put a pin on it!
