If you’re looking for a peaceful spot to relax in Winter Park, Kraft Azalea Garden is a hidden gem worth visiting. This 5-acre public park, located on Alabama Drive, offers free admission and is open daily from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Nestled along the shores of Lake Maitland, the park features towering cypress trees, the historic Exedra monument (above), and a small dock perfect for fishing or enjoying the view. It’s a popular spot for photography, especially during the golden hour, and is also dog-friendly, so feel free to bring your leashed pup. While parking is available, it can be limited, so consider visiting on weekdays or early mornings to avoid crowds.
